Terms & conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and JustSignIt (“JustSignIt”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of justsignit.appand its features (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Using the Service

You can design a shirt and start collecting signatures without creating an account. Access to your dashboard is tied to a private link we email you — keep it safe, since anyone with that link can manage your shirt. You're responsible for the activity that happens through your shirt and dashboard.

Your content

You and your signers keep ownership of the signatures, drawings, messages, and images added to a shirt (“Content”). By adding Content, you grant us the limited permission needed to host, display, and export it so the Service can work — for example, showing signatures on your shirt and generating your downloads.

You agree not to upload or add Content that:

• infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• is unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene, or defamatory;
• contains malware, or attempts to disrupt or abuse the Service;
• you don't have the right to share.

We may remove Content or suspend access that breaches these Terms.

Sharing your link

When you share a signing link, anyone who has it can view and sign your shirt. You can close the signing link at any time from your dashboard. You're responsible for who you share your link with.

Gifts & payments

If you enable gifts, friends can optionally send you a cash gift with their signature. Payments and payouts are processed by our third-party payment provider, Paystack, and are subject to their terms. Gifts are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law or where a payment was made in error. Payouts are made to the bank account you provide, and you're responsible for the accuracy of those details and for any taxes on amounts you receive.

Physical shirts & the print pack

Where available, you can turn your shirt into something physical in two ways, and they are separate things:

• A printed shirt. We quote each order individually — the price depends on the garment, the quantity, and delivery — and nothing is charged through the app. Any order, its price, production time, delivery and returns are agreed directly with our customer care before you pay.
• The print pack. A one-time payment for a digital download: the print-ready files for your shirt, delivered through your dashboard, together with the unlock for that shirt. Because it is delivered immediately and in full, it is non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law or where a payment was made in error.

The print pack gives you the files, not a printed garment, and buying it does not include an order for one. Both are subject to availability and we may change or withdraw either at any time.

Refer & Earn

Where the Refer & Earn program is available, you may earn a commission on qualifying gifts received by creators you invite, subject to the rates and thresholds shown in the app. We may change, pause, or end the program, and we may withhold earnings connected to fraud, abuse, or breaches of these Terms.

Fees

Designing, sharing, and signing a shirt is free. Some optional features may carry a fee, which we'll always show you before you pay.

Availability

We work to keep the Service running smoothly, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustSignIt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
